Dwo Les Palmeres - Calella

Great location just a short walk from the beach.

The staff's attitude in the kitchen was unprofessional and rude. I encountered a particularly unpleasant experience when trying to grab an early coffee, met with hostility from a kitchen staff member. The access fees for the infinity pool and spa were misleading, as I expected them to be included but instead discovered I had to pay extra.

It was in the center, close to the beach

Not having parking facilities in the hotel.. It was 300meters away

Fairly clean, small hotel with wonderfully friendly staff. Well decorated and well-organised rooms with WiFi, twin beds, for instance, very nice stay! Marvellous, magnificent location in Calella, right by the cafe les palmeres, a beach in Calella, and public areas.

The cost of using safe - 10 euros for 2 days!!

Pool area , barman/bargirl pleasant otherwise other hotel staff seemed miserable.

I enjoyed my three-night stay with a cozy twin room and an excellent bar service that should have been better staffed. The dining options were excellent, with a buffet breakfast that exceeded expectations. I'd return in a heartbeat for the overall experience.

Location - best possible, right by other areas ie loret de mar and Santa Susanne, the waterfront and town square and shopping. For tea or coffee visit K'la Carmen nearby.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean with a very laid back atmosphere the location is excellent for all parts of the Calella experience, in particular very close to the beach which is fab, the shops and the cafes are just across the road The room was large enough for 3 adults and the paintwork even in the bathroom looked new throughout For a good change of scenery and a bit of an escape the sun terrace on the roof was ideal

Quality-price ratio is unfair. From all points of view it is not a 4 stars hotel. In addition our very small for two adults room was next to elevator. All the night long we were listening how it was working. Perfect! Minibar and safe could be given only for additional payment. But the room price wasn't low at all. No, not more than 3 stars!

Pretty good hotel if you have no high requirements to the size of the room for fur people. Reastaurant is very good.

Never have I met such rude staff, it was almost laughable. The concrete floors echoed noise all night, made sleeping nearly impossible. I was also disappointed there were no welcome gifts or complimentary upgrades, since i expected to be treated with some respect as a guest. Would have given a better review, but just couldn't.

Big rooms with huge but soft beds! The balcony was great! The hotel is located a short walking distance from the beach.

The location is exellent, close to Lloret de Mar en Barcelona by car or train. It's a compact hotel with the needed facilities. The staff knows how to act in a beach side hotel.

There are many hotels and bars in the surrounding. This makes the nights sometimes very noisy. The insulation is not that much good that you hear everything. Wifi is there, but pleasant working is not possible because of disconnection and connection many times. The breakfast starts late as usual (at 07:45). It's better to start at 06:30 or 07:00. The diner ends at 21:15, this also to early.
